editing the Italy mat to a japan one

I thought it would be a great Suggestion if someone talented could edit the Italy map to a japan ?
like with a proper Wangan/C1 highway loop around, the gravel roads converted to proper touge roads
and some thing like the OI warf Harbour ?
the villages changed to the japanese counterpart and maybe even expanded ?
