Engine audio on some vehicles will be choppy, and/or cut out completely. Usually, this occurs when the are more than one vehicles spawned in the game. This likely not an audio jack issue, as all others sounds (such as scraping, etc.) work fine. The bug will only affect the one vehicle, all other engine sounds on other vehicles will work. How can I fix this issue?

Ive noticed this issue in a similar manner with sirens. Two vehicles, one equipped with a siren, and the siren cuts out whenever any sort of bump or scrape occurs. Gets pretty annoying when you go to pit a car and all the audio goes to hell

Options > Audio and you will find a Quality setting.
Setting it to higher values will increase the amount of sounds that can play at the same time (also causing more CPU usage).

The more vehicles you spawn, the more sounds are in use, the sooner this will occur.
Although should not happen with a few amount of vehicles such as 2-4, the level may also influence that.

I’m afraid that has always been there, and as far as I can tell, it has no new sounds.
