Entire HUD vanished (no speedo, tacho, settings button, etc)

I have the non-experimental version, specs are i7 2600k, 8gb vengeance ddr3, 2gb gtx 560ti. Suddenly I have no settings button, and no message hud, no tacho, speedo, so on and so forth. Couldn't find a hotkey to toggle it on and off, which I thought there was one. I tried shift + U and nothing happened. what gives?

did you see any sort of crash when it happened? (like "BeamNG UI Has stopped working" or something like that)

also did you try closing and re-opening the game?

 

I don't think that was there before...

 

Could you upload the logfile? (torque3d.log, in the game directory)

 

Well then, my bad.. Sorry.

 

Restarted many times, no luck. No crash, no nothing. Just nothing happens. Attached the t3d log

 

I just uninstalled anyway, was getting strange glitches. But I screwed up and didn't realize you can't opt back into beta.

 

Errm what? You can opt back into experimentals the same way you did in the first place.

 

I tried the key I was given, said it was no good. I read somewhere that the key I was given can only work once.

 

What key? Dude, if the game is in your steam library you can reinstall it as many times as you like. Experimentals is in the beta opt ins tab and requires no key (leave it blank)

 

The key you're supposed to put in to get into beta. Either way, I tried it again and it worked.
