    here is a little silly mod, adds a realistic hud to the etk800, see pic below

    might be useful for folks with multiple monitor setup

    you obviously have something conflicting with the mod, press ~ after loading the car and take a screenshot of it (i'm guessing material not found)
    also try to disable all the mods you have except the hud and reload the car or the game
