ETK 800 imperial gauge and frozen lights

Hi. I couldn't find anything about these issues, so I'm making a new thread. This isn't a major bug. It isn't something that breaks gameplay or anything. It's just annoying, and I hope some of the devs take note of this to fix in a future update.

Sometimes the gauge cluster in the ETK 800 shows imperial numbers on the little display between the speedo and the rev counter. (Temperature in F instead of C, fuel economy in mpg instead of l/100km.) The speedometer is still showing metric as usual, it's just the LCD screen that bugs out. This typically happens when I switch between the car and another one on the map. Resetting or recovering the car automatically changes it to metric again.

Another issue is where if some lights are on while you press Ins to recover the car, the lights will stay on even after you've recovered it. This applies both to exterior lights (brake, turn/hazard, reverse) as well as the lights on the dashboard (TCS, ABS, fuel, check engine etc). Some lights like the hazards can be unfrozen by turning them on and off, but the check engine light will stay permanently on (insert Volkswagen meme here) and can only be fixed by reloading the car (CTRL+R).

Again, just an annoying bug, nothing game-breaking. I don't expect everyone to drop everything in their hands to fix it, but it will be nice to see it fixed at some time.
