Well i didnt look at it but i would think since it is a expansion of the "ETK Driving Center" which is a official map that people already bought by buying the game.
You are "reselling" a map you only made and expansion to yk.
As stated before i havent looked at the map but i would say that is why @DannyZGR15 thinks this is unacceptable.
