So, basically, I took existing mod and replaced it sounds with mine(insolence over 9000). An author of the mod still didn't answered me about permission, so if he asks to delete - I would, no doubt. This mod is for those who likes to drive inside of the car, so i tried to make realistic driving experience (still dunno how to get rid of wind sound, I even deleted it). A big props to this guy for his nicely recorded Idle sound from his mod. Here's the video I repeat that this is not for the ones who play with Orbit/Chase camera In the video is presented louder version(second file), another one is a bit more deep, sadly wind is superior sound on "deep" one, so I recommend to take louder
