Just because a problem is in the majority doesnt mean it doesnt need to be fixed.

Part clipping is a major problem in BeamNG. The problem is, the nodes can easily just fly past each other without touching the other one. That's also why your bumpers can get stuck in your car weirdly.

Im not an idiot, i know this. Its not like the problem hasnt been addressed before, it has several times before by some of the smartest people in the company and community such as estima and there has been no solution as increasing the physics speed would help with clipping at higher speeds but slow down the game by a huge percentage. the current 2000 updates per second is a good compromise but it would be interesting if there were an easy way to change the physics speed to accommodate for higher end computers to test the limits of the game with 1 or 2 cars under extreme situations.

    That seems reasonable.
