I have a problem where each time I hit a button, per say the shift up button, it inputs it twice. If i am in neutral and hit my assigned DS4 controller button to shift to first it will shift to 2nd then 4th etc. Same for the view, hit the share button on my controller and it skips every other view position. I have ran the game in safe mode, tried a new controller, removed all mods, uninstalled and removed every game file saved, and every thing always results in the same. On my laptop I use the exact same settings with the same PS4 controller and the same DS4 software and have none of these problems.

Is there anything I am missing to fix this problem? I cannot think of what the problem might be since I have changed every possible thing that may be the issue.

This may be confusing please reply with any other questions about my problem.

This kind of issue are often caused by some third-party programs/drivers for the DS4 controls.
The fact it doesn't happen on your laptop, it indeed indicates it's something related mainly to your PC.
You need to make sure no other programs are trying to mess with your DS4, eventually remove all the DS4 related programs/drivers and reinstall them

Is it connected via both bluetooth and USB? Therefore inputting twice? Used to happen to me a while back before I just turned off bluetooth.
