Hello, I just bought and had delivered a EVGA GTX 960 Superclocked 4GB card.

I have the standard i5 core processor and I am currently waiting on my new power supply by EVGA to come in tomorrow.
How might this effect my BeamNG Drive experience? By the way I have 8GB DDR2 ram.

DDR2? What processor do you have, exactly? I think that might impede your experience more than the graphics card.

Anyway, I had a GTX 960, it's pretty good for most things. I'd say you'll be pleased with it, a bit under 60 FPS at normal settings if everything works out.

Small bump guys, the card is working amazingly!! I have been able to play BeamNG on high while getting a excellent stable 60 FPS. Same with Mad Max and GTA IV. I'm about to see how GTA V reacts when it finishes installation!

Obligatory 'why not a 380' comment.

Set grass to medium. It kills FPS on densely vegetated areas (from 70-80 to 30 with a 970). You should be able to set everything else to high at 60 fps though.
