i was browsing the mods and skins forum when i noticed we had a lack of exhaust tip mods, generic and specific for those that played GTA V, you probably figured out the ruiner, as well as a few other rigs may have had the exhaust tip, 'Shakotan'. example pic: plus, a custom exhaust style like the one on a BF Bifta: any exhaust tip mods like that or something similar would be epic. as in, a second tab to the 'exhaust' option thanx for reading this...
BeamNG's parts system can exchange any part of the vehicle that the creator specifies, it's just that the default vehicles don't yet have the option to exchange the exhaust. With a little jbeam work, you could whip up some of those takeyari pipes for the Covet (or any desired vehicle) with ease, so long as you can model too. Essentially, the capabilities of the parts system are only restricted by the author. Provided you did all of the required modeling and jbeaming, you could turn a rather humble Cresta like so: To something like this: I'm sure that Gabe's cars will have upgradable exhausts in the future when the devs have free time. Also, I would guess that more community mods will include more custom parts as time goes on. [OT:The Ruiner looks sexy with those takeyari pipes. Wonder who was responsible for those.......]
