Ok so I'm back with sort of the same problem stated in this thread. http://www.beamng.com/threads/9829-Resolution-Probs-c
The same thing happened where the game is stuck in 1920x1080 but my monitor is only 1440x900 and so i cant select the Gui on the right because the game stretches off my screen. I tried the same steps to resolve the problem as I did last time but it did not work. The problem started when I clicked fullscreen in game settings and then clicked apply. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall the game about 4 times. Not sure what to do here.

Try WindowsButton+down/up arrow. It should work.

Could I have done that to save you time? Or is that a permission for administrators only?
