is there a way to create an explosion powerful eniugh to cover an entire map?

 

Unfortunately no
There's a nuke mod, but that's literally a propane tank reskin.
Explode in fun stuff just puts the car on fire with a large outburst at the start.

 

You can try putting 1000 nukes on the map but the PC wouldn't be able to handle them well
