Extra Parts for the cars

Hi I though about a small and simple program or thing to make a extra part for any car say like a 4 cylinder with 200hp maybe a turbo and/or a supercharger then some drift shocks springs and a lock diff. this is to any one really creators of this amazing game or just some random. So yea thanks.
