Extreme lag seemingly out of nowhere.

    Ever since I started playing this game again, I've gotten extreme lag spikes when doing basically anything.
    It feels like the lag subsides as soon as I start moving my camera with the right mouse button, it also stops the frame stutter as soon as whatever I'm driving crashes into something.

    Maybe it's as if the game is trying to go into low-fps mode cause it thinks it's not in focus. Thing is the FPS counter doesn't go below 50fps minimum, it never showed 1-10fps minimum (which it genuinely reaches at some points.)

    On Utah it happened less the more time I played, as if it was just loading in new assets. But the lag never really stopped and still made the game basically unplayable.

    This was happening in 0.24 latest too.

    Tried deepcleaning cache, verifying integrity, reinstalling, removing userfolder still happens.

    Examples via the attached vids.

    Running on Windows 11
    i7-8750H
    Gtx1060 6gb
    16gig memory
    @1080p120hz

    EDIT: Fullscreen apparently fixes it, but yea alt tabbing out of fullscreen mode just turns it into Windowed which sucks. Borderless fullscreen still has the issue.

    EDIT: Fullscreen still has the issue, it can't be a RAM issue since Hirochi Raceway w/ 1 car only got me upto 70% RAM usage.

    EDIT: It doesn't seem to be an issue w/ system resources, but rather a rendering issue BeamNG causes. YT playing in picture in picture lags with BeamNG. That solves why the FPS counter doesn't go down. Might be Freesync issues despite vsync being off. I'll try reinstalling drivers.
