Extreme lag

    I am getting massive lag in game. I used to run perfectly at 60 fps and now I cant so much as run 10 fps at lowest settings.
    GPU: Nvidia GTX 970
    CPU: 4790 3.6 Ghz
    16 GB's of RAM

    Version 0.4.3.2 or 0.5 is when it started to lag out on me.
    I don't know why this is happening, its quite annoying that I can't play.
    I also have my Statistics in the photo attached to the thread.

    Grid Map highest graphics.
    Graphics doesn't seem to change fps at all.

    I'm not a professional at this sort of stuff but have you tried reinstalling?

    Your "physics delay" should be consistently below 0.5ms, but it is 60ms average. You may have installed a mod that is throwing errors like mad, bringing it all down to a halt. Try Safe mode, which will disable all your mods. If that does not work, try with a clean reinstall: http://wiki.beamng.com/BeamNG_FAQ#How_do_I_perform_a_clean_reinstall.3F

    I did multiple clean re installs, removed all mods and ran in safe mode. Same thing all the time.

    The Performance thing is showing you have the FPS limiter on.
    Can you try to disable it (Options > Graphics)

    Have you thought maybe there is an antivirus program or something similar bugging this out?
