F11 breaks the game

I press F11 and move some object. Press F11 again, the editor closes. And the game stops working normally, it does not respond to button presses. The car does not run, restarting the car does not help, spawning a new car does not solve the problem either.
Tried safe mode.
Everything works in it. But I have only 6 mods, they haven't been updated lately.
Disabled mods - it still does not work.
It probably started a month ago or something.

 

Enable drive in editor in the toolbar of world editor in top left of the screen. There's a picture of a car on that button.
