Factory Colors

How can i make my own factory colors, so that it show up in this field and i can choose it for a custom config?

You can't without editing the original info.json

It's not recommended to do this, as it overrides stock game files. If another mod does the same thing, your modified info.json might not get loaded.

Copy "BeamNG.drive\content\vehicles\burnside.zip\vehicles\burnside\info.json" to "Documents\BeamNG.drive\vehicles\burnside"
Open the copied file with a text editor and you should be able to figure the rest out.

Hopefully there'll be a better way to add custom colours into the selector in a future update.

 

The Burnside was just an example, but it is not necessary if i have to do this for all cart i want.

Ok i found the user color presets in the game settings.ini file and placed the line into the burnside info.json and this info.json into my vehicles / mod folder it worked!
I made a color called Electric Green (for a upcoming electric car)
