Fanatec CSL Elite V2 Pedals: Throttle WAY too sensitive

I'm having some issues with the throttle response beeing way off the Throttle of my Fanatec CSL Elite V2 Pedals.

At just around 8-9% of throttle input, the vehicle in beamng is at the rev limit.
I've tried adjusting the linearity ingame but that doesn't really solve it, since it just delays the extreme throttle response from the car. It just comes later and more extreme climb of the throttle on the curve.

In comparison, In asetto corsa, the pedals work 100% correctly in regards to throttle response and pedal movement.

 

assetto corsa has a pretty old way of simulating torque based on the amount of throttle. Take a look at this, it is very informative.

 

Ok Thanks, but Should the car redline when pushing the pedal 1 cm? Doesn’t make sense. Seems like the games config for these pedals are not working like they should

 

True, the „game difference” argument doesn’t really apply.
Maybe try fiddling around in the settings? When I first started playing with controller, I kept slightly strafing to one side, so I had to change some stuff up. Maybe that could work?
