    Hello everyone,

this is my first post on this forum so please apologize if I say or do something that breaks any rule. I tried to ready general guidelines and sticky notes on this section.

I'm asking to anyone out there regarding an issue I experienced in the last days (after months of no PC usage) with:

    - BeamNG 0.23
    - Fanatec DRIVER 402 (maybe this is affecting)
    - All system drivers (Chipset, USB controllers, etc,) up-to-date
    - Clean Windows 10 PRO installation, up-to-date 08/July/2021.
    - Hardware X,Y,Z... (Doesn't matter, correct me if I'm wrong)

    Scenario:
    - I plug my wheel as I normally do. I press "back button" that enables "PC-mode" and
When I run BeamNG, I cannot bind the Steering wheel to the steering axis. It always receives "Button20" as input detecterd. FYI: Button20 is the "Xbox" mode button that this wheel has.

I've followed carefully all the extensive help in "steering wheel setup" section (https://documentation.beamng.com/support/hardware/steering_wheel_setup/)

I've also followed the awesome troubleshooting graph: https://documentation.beamng.com/su...mmon_problems/Input_troubleshooting_guide.pdf: Q5 in my case the answer is "NO" then go to "S5" and suggest the user to "Use the + Button". If I do that: Button20 when I move the steering wheel.

Feel free to comment or guide me into a solution. I'll be glad to hear any comment.

    Kind Regards

    BTW, I forgot to mention:

No problem at all at Windows drivers level (Properties page shows all controls fine, axis not-combined etc etc). Also other games detect all inputs correctly. Tested so far: Steam games (Asseto Corrsa, Automobilista, Project Car Racing1, 2, etc) and other non-Steam Games.

This seems to be some kind of corner-case / weird thing between my setup and BeamNG. Hopefully someone has an answer that helps me and others in the same situation.
