As the title implies, I'd like to get an idea of how crazy my fellow nut-jobs have gotten so far in the game.

about 100MPH is the fastes I've gone in any of the 'stock' vehicles, as the Bolide pulls right for me at over 80 MPH no matter what I try.

385MPH is the fastest I've gone, and it was in the Grand Marshall. also let me tell you, It is hillarious to watch an entire car vanish into the front bumper when you hit a wall head on at 306 MPH.

How about the rest of you? Crazier is better! :D

The fastest I've gone in an unmodified car so far is 125 mph in, of course, the Bolide.
The fastest I've gone in a car with a modified jbeam would be in the van, though at only 102 mph. It may sound rather unimpressive, I managed to balance it on two wheels for about a 1/4 of a mile at that speed.

    317 km/h on bolide
340 km/h is the fastest released engine you can use with marschall.

With serious changes, airspeed ~395 km/h, with modified Ibishu Covet Rally (1300 hp and 13500 rpm-revving engine, wider tires, lower gear ratios). Front wheels running at 435 km/h :) Steering begins zig-zagging at higher speeds, but that can be countered by steering and stiffer springs.

I use the 'L' key Debug window for any kind of stuff like that, gives you all your car information, speed, Torque, HP, Airspeed, Fuel remaining/Consumption, G-forces, vehicles state of construction, everything.

And also, "340 km/h is the fastest released engine you can use with marschall." While that may be true, why limit yourself to only released Engines? I've gotten up to 619.6KPH now, and I probably intend to go faster today.

Currently in the bolide with 700 hp engine: 287 kp/h. And the highest fuel consumption I got with the bolide too: 711 L/100km. :p

Update: I've gotten my Gavril Grand Marshall to 410 MPH/659.8 KPH now.

Not sure how much faster I can get it to go, but I'll give her it all she's got:)

I stand corrected, 467MPH is my new top speed before my wheels ripped off the car.

Swapping a 1zze Turbo in a ibishu covet I hit 130mph on the desert map. The steering is so jerky at those speeds.

These are the top speeds for all the cars in a flat surface:

    Grand Marshall sport: 186 Km/h / 115 mph
    Grand Marshall police: 183 Km/h / 113 mph
    Grand Marshall default: 185 Km/h / 115 mph

    Ibishu Covet rally: 166 Km/h / 103 mph
    Ibishu Covet sport: 176 Km/h / 108 mph
    Ibishu Covet default: 150 Km/h / 93 mph

    Gavril D15 l6 RWD: 167 Km/h / 103 mph
    Gavril D15 V8 4WD Off-road: 177 Km/h / 110 mph
    Gavril D15 V8 RWD Sport: 171 Km/h / 106 mph
    Gavril D15 V8 4WD stripped: 183 Km/h / 114 mph
    Gavril D15 V8 4WD default: 175 Km/h / 108 mph

Civetta Bolide: Can't get past 220 Km/h / 137 mph, but it can go faster.

    Gavril H45 Cabster V8 RWD Cargo Box Upfit: 132 Km/h / 82 mph
    Gavril H15 Vanster V8 RWD: 163 Km/h / 101 mph
    Gavril H15 Cabster V8 RWD stripped: 187 Km/h / 116 mph

I think they are pretty slow for their engines and weight.

I'm too lazy to find the quote, but I remember Gabester saying that the top speeds of vehicles is 10-15% lower than it should be. I think he said it was due to the wheels.
