Fatal GPU Error - RTX 2080 / 436.15

Hello.
Basically what happens is I can load up into any map and a crash will occur after about 1-3min of driving. I actually notice strange shadows flickering around and spiking. Sometimes I notice strange black rays emitting as spikes from trees. This looks very similar to when the physics crash on Beamng drive, however in this case the GPU is stuffing up. Any collision or drastic change in motion results in this same crash as well. The crash did cause one system lock/shutdown, however I am able to recover from the issue by tabbing out of it when it freezes. I notice that Beamng shows a "Fatal GPU Error."

Windows event viewer shows it as an Event 13 - nvlddmkm message.

I have tried the following:
-Reinstalled drivers
-Reset OC / BIOS Settings
-Cleared cache
-Launched in safe mode

Is this error possibly related to the drivers of the card and Beamng?
This is a brand new card I got last week, so hopefully it's not faulty.

MB: Asus ROG Maximus XI Hero
GPU: Asus RTX 2080 Gaming
RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB - 3200MHz / CL16
PSU: Corsair RMX 850W
OS: Windows 10 64bit Home
