Feature Request: Avoid Crashes with 'Start in Paused Mode' Setting

    I have a big request for BeamNG. Well, it's actually something very small, but it would mean the world if it could be implemented.

    When I open a replay, it automatically starts playing. Many of my replays are recorded in super slow motion - I often have up to 200 vehicles or objects in a scene, recorded at x0.03 or x0.02 speed. When I click on a replay and the program tries to play it at x1.00 speed, the whole program crashes.

    Would it be possible to include a tick/check option in the settings: "Start replay in paused mode"?

    P.S: The same would be great for "Start map in paused mode"

    PPS: is there a way to achieve that with the current version somewhere in the backend, dear Dev Team?

    Start map in paused mode is all I need! I always pause my game manually so it can load faster...

    Some other things related to replays that would be nice fixing/changing:
    - remove vehicle parts jittering if they are far from the main body;
    - the sun's position reset after hitting the 'stop replay' button (started happening after the 0.30 update for some reason, and unchecking 'enable time of day playback' in Other settings doesn't help it);
    - make 'loop' unchecked by default in the Script AI Manager, for 98% of scenarios it's absolutely useless to have the 'loop' enabled (prove me wrong if you can ).

    Also, would be nice snapping the 'stop all' and 'play all' panel in the Script AI Manager to the top of the window so you don't have to scroll the whole way up if you have a ton of vehicles to hit one of the two aforementioned buttons.

    Oh yes! The checked "loop" .. +1 for this one. Dear Devs, PLEASE disable it by default. I am begging you! haha

    Also, regarding the Script AI Manager. It's mostly rare, but on those occasions when I press 'Play' button, the cars may appear underground and at an angle which is super annoying after recording a path for the car.
