file type problems? [solved]

    Don't know if this is just me but I had a problem were the file was not recognized if it is not just me then STEP 1 download it STEP 2 save as STEP 3 at the bottom it says file type setup 03- click on it press all files STEP 4 at the end of file name type .exe and then it should run :D
