So yesterday evening I had a problem that existed even after diactivating mods, so I decided to do a clean reinstall.

Then, this morning I decided that wanted to create a mod, so I went to: This PC/Documents/Beam.NG expecting to find the vehicle folders but I couldn't find it. I have a picture so please can someone tell me whats happening?

    thank you for your time.

Well, you did a clean install, so you also removed that.
That folder either gets auto-created by the game (if needed), or you can just create it yourself.

you add the vehicles as you go. for example, for the etk800 series, add a folder named etk800
