Pretty interesting part list you got. Liquid cooler for a ryzen 5 3600? What will you be doing with a X570 board (if you wont be doing anything like overclocking etc I would just go for a b550 board)? If you take out the liquid cooler and the slightly downgrade your motherboard I think you will be afford a 2060 or 2060 super, which will actually increase your frames.
i went for the set up i had posted above, i have the rig up and running just waiting on the graphics card to come. I wanted to upgrade the graphics card in the future so i decided on a more expensive motherboard and water cooler.
