Fisheye on Triple Monitors

When using triple monitors, the left and right are streched while the middle monitor looks the same. Is there any way to fix this? I don't know where to put the FOV at and well its bugging me. 5760x1080 is my resolution.

Go to options > gameplay and there you can adjust FOV to your liking

Done, now is there a way to fix the Main Menu too? because its stretched when i want to spawn a new car

Can you take a screenshot of the issue?

The UI should scale normally with any resolution.
