*FIXED* Script AI Menu does not work with Dual Monitors

UPDATE - I apparently rebound the editor key from F10 to F11 by mistake. I found the Script AI manager in the Tools dropdown in the World Editor.

Original Problem - I'm experiencing a problem when I press F10 to try to use the Script AI.
I'm using a two-monitor setup.
When I press F10, nothing happens. No dialog saying 'Tools', no Script AI Menu, nothing.
Can someone figure out the problem? If it's not the dual monitor setup, then what is causing it?
(I've tried FN+F10 but it just opens a new window in Chrome.)

(Every time I report a problem, I find the solution like 30 seconds later. This happens literally all the time )
