Flashing black box, graphical bug.

    Lately Ive been having these odd black boxes flashing around on cars, seems like its most common when any chrome is used anywhere. Tried clearing cache and playing in safe mode, still seems to pop up.

    RTX 2070, Ryzen 3700x and 32 gigs of ram.
