Flat tire trigger

Is it possible to assign a button that breaks or explodes a part you select? Like the CTRL+W menu you select right tire or entire wheel. When hitting top speed you press a button and it explodes or comes of.

 

I think this sounds like a lot of fun

 

Agreed. I want to drive around with flat tires, but the only way I can get a flat tire is by terminally crashing my car.
