Flickering in Certain Distance?

So i've been having this issue for a while now and can't seem to find any info on it, on every map I play on, at a cartain distance ther is flickering. You can also see it on screenshots. It isn't that bad, just pretty annoying. Tried clearing cache, disabling mods. In the File I added, you can see some kind of grey distortion in the background. Kinda hard to see, but it's something. Thanks!

 

Maybe hardware issue, if it is visible in screenshot too? (I can't see flickering in provided screenshot)

Well, can't seem to be able to take a vid. COuld it be because my GPU driver is outdated?

 

It is always possible, worth to test updating them.

 

*turns out, fans were off. GPU was instantly overheating and I got artifacting.
Fixed now.
