Released Flipping Covet Skin

This is the most sophisticated skin in all of BeamNG.drive. It is based off of the Sample skin for the covet provided helpfully by the wiki. I am going to put this in the Flippi's Configs mod but this was special enough to get its own mod.

Good. That skin was surprisingly hard to make and it is bad quality. I'm trying to make actual quality skins now.
