Beamng is as always awesome and recently got me a new wheel, Logitech G920, happy as can be!

Im trying to dial in the steering wheel feel (used the FFB setup all along), the FFB default settings works great already but ive tried to get a feel for the slip of the rear wheels which i assume can only be adjusted by Beamngs driver g-force scaler.
As always i cant leave things as they are so ive experimented changing value for it in the inputmaps file, boosted it to both 1 and 2, from the vanilla max of 0.2. It really add a whole lot more feel to the car and counter steer (centering spring is off btw) seems much more present. Found in the quotes further down in this thread that Project Cars use a value of 1.0 but i dont know if thats even comparable to Beamng.
One thing i noticed was that it doesnt seem to be part of the overall FFB strength, if i run FFB strength AND smoothing 0 i still get the driver g-forces in the wheel and since i boosted the value its of course very noticable :p

Ive looked at, amongst others, these pages in order to understand how that value works:

    https://projectcars.fandom.com/f/p/2573011920093355359

    https://support.thrustmaster.com/en/kb/107-en/

Is the FFB simulated using the same forces for the g-force as Project Cars, which i guess is this part?

Also, is 'the rest' simulated as this part of their information or is it also the part where they use g-forces on the front and rear wheels of their FFB?:

For a absolute novice its of course almost hieroglyphs but as mentioned here every now and then the FFB is different compared to other games. Its in so many ways better but in some ways i find it less predictable when for example going for a drift, cant really feel the rear end moving around, atleast thats what i think it is.. :)
