Forum suggestion: Updating rules(?)

Hi, this section was the closest I could get to a place to suggest this so I apologize that this is ment for "game only" suggestions.

My suggestion is for somebody to have a look and update the forum rules, as for now there's some questionable things about it.
For example:
Right now, it's not allowed to link a fan made discord (which is fair enough.), but it's technically okay to link to the various Russian sites who steal mods, release cracks of the game etc. That seems just a tad odd to me.

Which is exactly what I'm doing

 

I once posted a satirical screenshot series about Russian mods in the comm. shots. Then one user asked me where to get such mods, I linked modsgaming only to have my second post with the link deleted.
