Found a spot on west coast that will pop your tires if you drive over it

Im not sure of correct terminology but it looks like there is an extra piece of ground that sticks up and catches your tires. It is located at the gas station with the red and yellow sign on the coast at the inclined entrance. I'm going to try to attach pictures with the spot circled and what it looks like from under the map.
