Found another stolen model.

I was browsing the Second Life marketplace for abandoned vehicles, bored out of my mind. I came across this, and I'm fairly certain they don't have permissions from the BeamNG dev team to use their model, let alone make money from it.

Just thought I'd make the community here aware of it, and though I'm not 100% sure this is the Gavril pickup nor am I going to spend money on it to find out, I'm sure someone out there will agree with me that this is indeed the BeamNG model that Gabe released years ago.

Seems it was altered to a degree, but still.

Stealing a company's model and then attempting to make money off of it.
Like they clearly knew it was apart of BeamNG.
Isn't the best thing to do.

 

This is off topic, but this second life thing reminds me of the OASIS from Ready Player One

 

It seems that it happened again. Looking through the marketplace on Second Life and found yet another BeamNG model, this time of the Grand Marshall.

Aye, I understand the process as a creator of digital works myself. I just decided I'd let you all know that there's more. Best of luck guys, I'll keep my eye open for other models that are probably out there and let you know where they are.
