FOV suggestion?

    I'm using a single 19.5" 1080p screen. It says here: http://wiki.beamng.com/BeamNG_FAQ#T...have_too_much_grip_.2F_etc._What.27s_wrong.3F

    "Not using an appropriate FOV angle for your screen setup (specially if using a single screen)" can affect speed sensation. What would be the optimal FOV I should use in driving games/sims for the right sense of speed? The screen is about 1.5-2 ft from my face (~0.46-0.61 meters).
