FPS Boost Version 2

Hey.

I have been playing .NG drive for a quite long time and I always wondered, how to get the most FPS out of this game on my not so "fast" PC. The first technique was to remove "Forest" from map, so there are less bushes and other objects to generate. Then I accidentally choosed the "Non-Bumepered" version of Moonhawk and saw, that it is less harming to FPS. I tried that technique on others cars and It worked.

But I still wanted to ask - why do bumpers eat so much FPS?

Here are some photos to proof, that "Non-Bumepered" versions are FPS boosting.

Probably not something with bumpers.
Try to remove any other parts that have the same amount of nodes.

If you are already CPU limited, removing parts, and therefore some load from the CPU, will give you an FPS 'boost'.
