So before update 0.10 I played on the lowest quality setting and was easily getting 60-70 fps, however after the update my fps was cut in half so now I'm getting about 25-30 fps. I don't understand why this is happening, I tried disabling all of my mods but that didn't do anything and I'm still playing at the same quality and resolution.

    Here are my specs-
    *CPU- Intel I5 6360u
    *GPU- Iris 540 (Integrated graphics)
    *RAM- 8GB DDR3 1866Mhz

    Do this:
    Replicate the performance issue.
Go to options > user-interface > enable 'Advanced Mode'
In the sidemenu there should be a new button named 'PERFORMANCE'
Press it. Then click the 'Hide UI for 10 seconds' button on the top-right corner.
Wait until the UI returns back, then press ALT+O and paste the link for the image here.

Go to the BeamNG.Drive directory (Steam/Steamapps/Common/BeamNG.Drive/Bin64) and run the 'banana-bench.x64.bat' file.
When done, take a screenshot and post the link here.

I've got a lag too since the latest update. Some cars act glitchy like the pickup truck, or one of the vans missing a driveshaft (would rev but not go aywhere--look under and driveshaft is gone. Restart/respawn--same thing)

And I'm running a high end quad core i7 3.5 ghz apple Imac with 16gb ram, 4gb video etc. Not unplayable, just annoying.

Are you sure it's not mods?
    What's glitchy on the pickup?
What configuration has problems on the van?

As for the performance, check your settings are the same as before first.
And do what I wrote in post #2.
