Fps limit broken

    Seems the fps limit option is broken as of the new update it will randomly unlock and the only way to get it to lock to 60 is to click 30...makes sense but ok

    Please press ESC -> Performance -> Performance graph.

    With the graph enabled, please check if your FPS corresponds to settings.
