FPS problems

    I am making this post to address my fps problems

    MY terrible specs (Terrible)

    Intel Iris Xe Graphics

    16 GB of RAM

    Intel Core I7 13th gen







    I get about 40 FPS in Utah with these settings

    But the problem is that my fps randomly slowly starts dropping to 20 and then jumps back to 37 or something







    I just want to know if I can fix this

    (I have Rebooted my laptop installed the latest GPU drivers and cleared my cache)

    I would love if someone would help me with a mod or a app that helps.
