I'm trying to turn my dream car, a 1955 Mercedes Benz 300sl, into a fiction car. I haven't done any rendering or configuration planning yet, but I'm thinking of releasing it in less than 4 years, so please look forward to it. It's my first mode, so I'm currently expecting it to be around a dollar or two (may be changed in the future). Of course, you might think I'm a money man who only thinks about selling it for a fee from the first mode and getting paid for it. However, I just expected it to be paid because I thought there might be cases where I need money (such as sound downloads) when I create the mode. So don't worry, it's not necessarily paid. Anyway, I'll update the rendering progress in the future on this thread as well. Thank you. --- Post updated --- I hope you can refer to this post if you can help. I've never done rendering before. So, if you're going to teach me how to do rendering or if you're going to do it for me, please reply to this post. If you can help me, I can't repay you financially because I'm a student, but if I can help you with this game or something online, I can help you.
Hi, as someone relatively experienced with modding, i can not recommend making a car mod as a first vehicle, this is quite a hard task to achieve. Also, you should have meaningful progress before posting in this thread (as said in the rules https://www.beamng.com/threads/mods-section-rules-updated-january-2023.61804/)
Oh, I didn't know there had to be progress. I broke the rules, so if I have to delete this thread, I'll delete it.
Special features have been configured to be used in this mode (including some already available features)! 1. Angle-adjustable rear-view mirror 2. Detachable spare wheel 3. Mafia mode (will be added later, such as the front turn signal turning into a machine gun) 4. Implementation of 300SL's own startup method 5. Air conditioner available 6. Radio enabled 7. Fine details, such as perfect fit between the hinges of the door 8. Detachable Suitcase 9. Available wipers 10. Graphics defect-free softtop implementation However, they may be rejected later or replaced by similar other features. Also, don't be disappointed as other features may be added! --- Post updated --- Oh, and if you want to know the current progress, please refer to this post! Configuration Production: 35% Functional configuration: 85% Graphic modeling: 15% Texture Modeling: 0% J-beam Progress: 5% Performance implementation: 0% There is still a long way to go and it will be difficult, but I will do my best!
Um... There is no graphic modeling that shows the progress or pictures yet (it's true, not that it hasn't progressed). So I'll explain what I can explain in text. First of all, I'm expecting a total of 25 configs, including basic (5M), used (3M/4A), 3.0I6 (5M), 3.0V6 (6M/5A), GT (6RM), etc. I'm currently thinking about the functions as I wrote in the post above. I'll upload a picture when the modeling form is captured or text is applied in the future!
Thank you for your response! I will try my best to create a good mod so that I can repay you for it! --- Post updated --- I'll tell you what's going on right now! First of all, I'm currently composing the performance of the vehicle, with detailed adjustments to get a real car-like performance! And what we're looking to do is build the vehicle configuration. If you look at the progress, as you can see, the progress of the vehicle is very low, except for graphic modeling. I'll let you know if there's anything else that's been dynamically progressed or urgently needed to tell you!
