Fuel capacity reading wrong on cars

    in the jbeam file the fuel capacity says 80 gallons but the car in game is reading 21 gallons (Barstow)

    Think in Liters. 80 liters of a liquid = just over 21 gallons.

    The game coding uses SI units but we can have those units converted to Imperial in-game.

    Which gallons though? :p
    80 Litres = 17.5975 Imperial gallons
    80 Litres = 21.1338 US liquid gallons
