Not that it's that big of a deal, but I notice, the faster I go, the better my MPG gets. [Especially in top gear, and the RPM's max out, it's the best.] It's this way in all vehicles. When you're not moving, it shouldn't be higher than when you're going 140 mi/hour.

[This take's place in ALL vehicles.]

You mean MPG should be higher when not moving? No, it should be 0. You can burn as many gallons as you want but never reach the mile if the car doesn't move. Better fuel consumption at high speed also makes sense if you compare driving at full throttle, you get further in the same amount of time while the engine burns fuel at the same rate as if you were going slower with full throttle.

Holding somewhere around 60 km/h steady at high gear should have the best fuel consumption, at least in real cars it starts getting worse at faster or slower speeds than that. I don't know if that happens in BeamNG too.
