Fufsgfen's go fast setups

    Setups are such that they either suit you or then they don't, different driving styles and preferences require bit different setups.
    These are my attempts in making something better than come with the game for driving around a race track at fast pace.

    ETK K-series, etkc_race_3_fufsgfen.zip:
    Racing slicks, supercharger, nitrous, Street oil cooler mod needed as oil overheats otherwise. Somewhat refined for Road Atlanta, springs, dampers, alignment has been adjusted.

    This is bit WIP, I have messed up a little on tuning page, it is bit scary as it is required to keep throttle down to make it turn better around corners, it runs quite fast, but you need to have faith to car, lots of fun. Springs, alignment etc. has been adjusted. Accidently uploaded old file, uploaded latest version that got few more tweaks in it.

    I did what I could, front is underdamped and bit too soft, but there is no adjustment range to enough far for perfect handling, still it is quite ok, brakes just don't last well and there are no better ones, at least not without modding.
    Springs (front), dampers, alignment has been calculated and then slightly adjusted, I have trouble getting motion ratio for rear, leaf springs IRL should have 1.0, but this has something like 0.4 based on unscientific bouncing testing.

    Grand Marshal Custom, It likes to powerslide on slow corners if not careful with the throttle, you might also like to put manual transmission in as this includes auto.
    It is bit soft as there is not enough adjustment range for front springs to get frequency where I would like to, but not too bad really. Nothing like your average GM, that is for sure.

    These are mostly calculated with my formulas (I need to first figure out motion ratio to be able to calculate wheel rates and frequencies), there is room for improvement as I have not spend tens of hours refining calculated result to suit single track, they are mostly a starting points. ETK K-series is tailored for Road Atlanta though and that is fast setup, it is bit high as I like to drive over curbs quite aggressively, but lower and stiffen bump damping if feel it being too high.


    These are not done by randomly poking values, but are based real world racing knowledge and formulas gathered during years of enthusiasm, alignments on most need still tuning and testing to find best compromises, but when I'm enough bored I do more iterations on those.

    Installing is such that you drag and drop .pc file from zip to correct folder. For example etkc would go to Documents\BeamNG.Drive\vehicles\etkc\

    When in game and selected etkc car, you go to tuning menu, from thre save/load page and load setup etkc_race_3_fufsgfen

    I did GM just now, what car should I do next?

    Also I put this to general d so that it could stir a little discussion, anyone tested yet, any feedback, wishes, bashing (I hope not) ?
