Functional Gas Stations(?)

I'm wondering if it's possible to make gas stations in some of the maps to be functional. I got the idea from watching a few GTA V DOJ videos. If it is possible to do, I think it could work a bit like this;

1: Drive over to a gas station on the map you're currently in.

2: Park your car close to one of the gas pumps, doesn't matter which one.

3: Put your car in Neutral or Park if it's an automatic, and turn your car off

4: Fuel will be added to your car until you either A; turn you car back on, or B; completely fill up your tank.

5: Turn your car on, if you haven't already, and go back to driving.

I have no idea if this is something that's very difficult to add, if at all possible, but I think it would be a cool addition/detail to add somewhere down the development line.

There was such a mod sometime ago but I have no idea if it still works on the current game version
