Hi, does anyone know why my Logitech G923 is offset (although it's completely centre). But when I calibrate my wheel the clutch is instant and not smooth (like it should be)?

Please help me. I'm loosing the will to live (lol)

    Thanks

Can you clarify what do you mean by the wheel being both offset AND completely centre?

Can you clarify what do you mean by "calibrate my wheel"? Logitech wheels self-calibrate when you plug them to the computer, you shouldn't need any kind of calibration.

Please install the logitech software, otherwise the wheel can work incorrectly.

So lets say you go into the logitech software. completely straighten the wheel. go into beamng and look at the imput the wheel is giving. its dead centre (no positive or negative input). yet the vehicles ingame are offcentre (that includes wheels) so when I have my wheel straight and accelerate (even if im putting small inputs in) it will go off to the right slightly.

I see. It sounds like this is probably a car setup issue:
In real life, some suspension designs will exhibit mild veering to the left or right. This can be specially obvious when you have lifted or lowered the vehicle away from its stock ride height. This off-centering has to be manually compensated, both in real life setups and in BeamNG.drive setups.

Most of the default cars we ship with BeamNG.drive should be dialed in correctly already, but it's possible we have missed some car variant. Which exact vehicle variants have you tried that show this issue?

If this is happening with mods only, or with your own custom car builds, then you can improve the car setup in the ctrl+w parts manager, in the Tuning tab, normally shown as "Toe Trim", like this:

It's only the FCV and Autobello. I personally think this has something to do with Logitech. I tried their subreddit but just got bot responses. So I'll probably contact them via email.

(Btw I noticed you asked about the clutch. I managed to fix that)

If it's only the FCV and Autobello, I highly doubt it's logitechs issue.

As @Zero mentions, if this happens only in a few particular vehicles, it's almost for sure a vehicle-specific issue. Can be the setup, some mod, corrupted files, etc.

Please verify if this still happens with the official cars in Safe Mode (all mods disabled): https://documentation.beamng.com/support/launcher_support_tools/safe_mode/

If it's also happening in Safe Mode, could you please record a video of the issue, with the Steering UI app visible on screen? (See here on how to add an UI app: https://documentation.beamng.com/getting_started/user_interface/ )

    Thanks!
