Game Crash Disabling Mods

    Is there any fix for the game trying to disable mods then just crashing eventually as I have a lot of mods and iv been getting to the point I go to the db file myself and replace all with false

    I don't have much time to help, but you can just delete the mod database file and it will set them all to false by default when it recreates it. The game shouldn't crash when disabling mods though, how many are you trying to disable?

    I’m disabling roughly 500 mods which I know is a lot but what I think is happening from what I understand is that instead of setting them all to false at once it does it 1 by 1 so it will be 500 edits instead of it being just 1 so the game gives up and crashed after a while

    What you can do instead is just deleted the mod database file and it will regenerate it.
    If you don't want to do that, open the file in a text editor (notepad++, vscode, etc..) and do a replace all for "active":true, and replace it with false
