    Try reinstalling the map, and what are your specs(especially storage and ram)? It can help with this issue.

    just delete the crash hard map folder from \Documents\BeamNG.drive\levels

    Your game logs contains errors from this mod:

    Most likely that mod is breaking/causing issues with other mods. Remove and check again.

    If persists, remove/disable all mods but Crash Hard, and check again

    That mod again! I remember it causing some error that prevented the F10 Editor from loading.
