Game crashing when opening settings

Every time i open my settings (except in the main menu) my game stops responding and crashes, it only started doing this a couple of days ago, i have updated drivers and the samemods as i did before

i dont see any reason behind this and have tried fixingthis issue myself,
i tried verifying the files, removing mods but i dont see anything that can fix this issue

my friend also had this issue but it resolved after steam downloaded a 200mb update

Do you run the game with Vulkan? Also, have you tried safe mode?

 

well about that, before i started using vulkan all the time, the game ran okay normally and the only difference was the fps
Now the game doesnt want to load the model of the d series you normally spawn in and almost crashes when loading the vehicle menu

the setting open like normal ish besides the fact that it freezes and takes 5 minutes before it crashes

all of the problems are recent tho, like i said i have never had problems like this and they just appeared
